SkipFlo served as the design partner and development team for Scout Recruiter, delivering end-to-end AI infusion. Our team architected and built the platform from the ground up, integrating AI interview capabilities, candidate scoring algorithms, and automated sourcing workflows.
The platform was designed with regulatory compliance at its core. Scout Recruiter underwent an independent AUP (Agreed-Upon Procedures) audit for bias and passed, validating the fairness and objectivity of its AI-driven assessments. The system incorporates human-in-the-loop oversight at critical decision points and maintains full candidate awareness throughout the recruitment process—meeting the stringent regulatory requirements for AI-powered hiring systems.

The Results
Scout Recruiter has processed 214,808 candidates and analyzed 125,254 resumes through its AI-powered platform. The system has conducted 2,188 automated AI interviews totaling 496 hours, with an average interview duration of 13.6 minutes.
The platform performs 54,588 LLM-powered scoring calls and has generated 540,420 skill assessments across 1,097 active requisitions. Monthly steady-state operations process approximately 7,600 resumes and conduct 300 AI interviews, delivering consistent talent intelligence at enterprise scale.
