Mike Yacone
CEO & Co-Founder
Mike Yacone is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SkipFlo Inc., an AI-driven technology think-tank and consultancy firm headquartered in the New York City metro area.
Known for high-integrity leadership and a customer-first mindset, Mike draws on more than three decades of experience steering complex, global IT programs for Fortune 500 clients across banking, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, and pharma. Before accepting the role of CEO at SkipFlo in 2024, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Viewpointe, where he worked to modernize the company's highly secure content management platforms and optimize multi-cloud operations. Mike's earlier 28-year tenure at IBM culminated in the role of IBM Global Client Partner, in which he oversaw more than $1 billion in revenue growth, led international teams of 500+ professionals across 20 countries, and delivered mission-critical platforms in support of 50 million end users and $4 trillion in annual settlements for the financial industry.
A trusted C-suite executive, Mike is known for broad innovation and for transforming legacy environments into secure, compliant, hybrid-cloud ecosystems while consistently surpassing financial and delivery execution targets. He has negotiated technology restructurings that saved clients hundreds of millions of dollars, led large-scale M&A integrations and divestitures, and championed emerging technologies to fuel significant top-line growth. Mike's strategic vision, rigorous governance, and passion for innovation continue to help enterprises harness technology for decisive competitive advantage in the emerging world of AI.
Mike lives in New Jersey with his wife, Lisa. They have four adult children and six grandchildren. He continues to lead at the intersection of AI, enterprise transformation, and human-centered innovation.
Christopher Yacone
CTO & Founding President
Full-stack developer and systems architect specializing in machine learning and natural language processing. Chris holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Management Systems from Harvard University and brings deep expertise in detection engineering, incident response, and vulnerability management from his role as Director of Information Security at Bausch Health.
Chris directs the development and research lifecycle of the entire SkipFlo product suite, working with cutting-edge technologies including RBNN and large language models. Husband, quadruple girl dad, public speaker, and volunteer physics teacher.
